Cutting profiles
According to the customer's request, we divide the profile bar material on the STG 440 DGH band saw.
In addition to a vertical cut, the saw enables double-sided cutting at an angle that can be smoothly adjusted from 60° to -60°.
The saw is equipped with a variator, so that the cutting speed can be smoothly changed in the range of 20 - 90 m/min.
The cutting capacity is shown in the table while maintaining a cutting tolerance of +- 0.2 mm for a diameter of 100 mm2.
